This Privacy Policy explains how Stolenlooks.com LLC (“Stolen Looks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with stolenlooks.com (currently the Lumen site) and the Lumen mobile application (together, the “Services”).

Short version: we do not run our own accounts, analytics, or user databases. We do not ask you to create a profile or send us personal information to use Lumen. The Lumen app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect and process device and advertising data as described below and in their own policies. Where required, you will see an in-app consent message before personalized ads.

3. Information we collect ourselves

We do not collect personal information through our own systems. We do not operate user accounts, in-app purchase identity systems, first-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters we control, mailing lists tied to the app, or our own server-side profiles of Lumen users.

If you email us (for example at the address above), we will receive whatever you choose to include in that message, and we will use it only to respond to you.

4. Advertising and third-party data (Google AdMob)

Lumen uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show advertisements. When ads (or Google’s consent / privacy messaging tools) run in the app, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information from your device. That processing is performed by those partners under their own terms and privacy policies, not on servers we operate.

Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, this may include:

  • Device and advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers, where available)
  • IP address and approximate or, where permitted and enabled, more precise location-related signals
  • Device and app information (for example device model, OS version, app version, language)
  • Ad interaction and performance data (views, clicks, and related diagnostics)
  • Cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where used by ad or consent components

This information may be used by Google and partners to:

  • Serve and measure ads
  • Limit how often you see the same ad
  • Detect fraud and abuse
  • Personalize ads where you have consented (or where another lawful basis applies in your region)

5. In-app privacy and consent messages

In regions where Google requires it (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), Lumen may show Google’s User Messaging Platform (or similar certified consent messaging) before personalized ads. That message may state, in substance, that personal data can be processed and that information from your device (cookies, unique identifiers, and other device data) may be stored by, accessed by, and shared with advertising partners, or used by the app’s ad stack; that we and our partners may use precise geolocation data where applicable; and that some vendors may rely on legitimate interest, which you can object to in the consent options.

You can manage or withdraw consent later through the privacy / cookie options linked from that message or from an in-app privacy settings entry where we provide one. Partner lists shown in the consent UI are maintained by Google’s messaging tools and may change over time.

6. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Lumen is not intended as a child-directed app. If you believe a child has provided us information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

  • In-app consent / privacy options: use the consent message controls or in-app privacy settings where available.
  • Device ad settings: reset or limit your advertising identifier in Android or iOS system settings.
  • Store / OS privacy controls: review App Store or Google Play privacy labels and OS permission prompts (for example location) and deny permissions you do not want to grant.
  • Contact us: email contact@stolenlooks.com with privacy questions or requests.

8. Data retention

Because we do not operate our own user database for Lumen, we do not retain app usage profiles. Advertising and consent partners retain data according to their own policies. Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

9. International processing

Google and advertising partners may process data on servers in the United States and other countries. If you use Lumen from outside those countries, your information may be transferred internationally as part of ad serving.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you should review the revised policy. For material changes affecting the app, we may also note the update in store listing materials where appropriate.
